After 18 years working in broking firms and senior roles in the healthcare divisions of National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank, I created Allfin to focus on financing the healthcare industry.
My career has been built on strong relationships. My clients appreciate the transparency of our process, and our proactive approach to regular reporting. They are reassured by my ability to offer financial advice specific to their industry. They don’t have time to explain their industry to their advisers, and nor should they have to.
I thrive on the satisfaction of knowing I have given my clients the best financial foundation for their business. For me, this is less about the interest rate and more about the complete package. It needs to offer realistic and achievable terms that empower my client to reach their business dream.

Andrew has had a 40 year career in finance. After graduating from Melbourne University, he joined the ANZ Bank where he had a varied career in the Money Market, Economics and Strategic Planning functions. After leaving the Bank he worked in several senior financial roles for home builder AV Jennings and music retailer, Brashs. In 1995 Andrew joined 7-Eleven Australia when it was a predominantly Victorian-based chain of 165 stores. He retired as CFO in February 2017 at which time the business had grown to a 650 store national chain with revenue in excess of $3.0 billion
In addition to his role at Allfin, Andrew is a director of Synergist Group Pty Ltd and a member of the advisory board of the Foundation for Development Cooperation. He and an associate also run a small consulting and advisory business.

I have 20 years’ experience in financial services, including 10 specialising in healthcare. Previously, I worked in business banking for National Australia Bank Health for seven years.
Allfin provides a full-service offering for clients. My role in their journey is to provide ongoing maintenance and support, review and structure transactions for tender to the banks, and to make sure we get the best match. We also help with workouts – if you’re declined by one bank, it’s not the end of the road. We can help to present a structure that is acceptable to the bank and get you the best deal.
I’ve been in financial services for 38 years, 19 of them specialising in healthcare. Over this time I’ve cultivated the skillset and industry knowledge my clients expect, which forms the foundation of the long-term relationships I build with each of them.
Before joining Allfin, I spent four years with Westpac Healthcare and 32 years at National Australia Bank, culminating in being senior partner of the VIC NABhealth pharmacy team.
I see my role as one of a trusted adviser, making sure each client is getting the best possible deal from a financier in regard to cash flow, price, and terms and conditions. I will look at your business and personal financial requirements and where necessary introduce you to the specialists you need, such as industry accountants, lawyers, insurance specialists, financial planners, independent property advisers or lease negotiators.
I joined Allfin after 17 years at National Australia Bank – most recently managing a mortgage portfolio of $180M. Now I use my knowledge and experience to make the process of buying a home or refinancing as smooth as possible for my clients, in what can be an extremely stressful time.
I take the time to discuss, review and understand clients’ current and future mortgage requirements. As a conduit to the banks, I provide a solution that is most appropriate to their situation, with the best product and rates in the market.
